MED or Minimum Effective Dose is a comprehensive gym-based or at-home training program for those who are interested in maintaining an active lifestyle and improving their physical and mental readiness in only 30 minutes a day.
This is the perfect program for the busy professional, stay at home mom or dad, those in the military or first responder communities and anyone in between navigating a busy season of life.
Training sessions posted 5 days per week!
