An "optimal state of readiness" is obtained by adequately conditioning the body, sharpening the mind, and strengthening the spirit.
Optimal Readiness is a performance enhancement system utilizing mental skills training, periodized comprehensive physical conditioning programs, and in person coaching designed to safely develop transferable strength, durability, and resilience.​
Training Philosophy and Methodology
Each 60-minute in person coaching session is an Integrated Functional Fitness workout.
Integrated functional fitness trains mobility, power development, transferable strength endurance, neuromuscular conditioning, and athleticism in an appropriate fashion based on unique goals, physical attributes, and ability level of each individual or athlete.

Consistency is critical to long-term progress, and to be consistent you must stay healthy.
This training system allows you to be consistent without spending countless hours in the gym. This is why roughly 80% of the programming consists of basic and advanced bodyweight movements training foundational movement patterns with minimal equipment.
Pulling, Pushing, Squatting, Lunging, and hinging are all fundamental movement patterns.
Whether or not you load these movement patterns is determined by the individual athlete’s strength, mobility, skill, work capacity, and personal needs and goals.
Most athletes simply do not need to use barbells or heavy weights to achieve high levels of functional strength, work capacity, and all-around fitness.
This is ultimately depending upon an individual’s goals and the demands of their lifestyle, sport, or profession.
Optimal Readiness isn't a conventional approach to strength and conditioning, however, the programming adheres to the sound principles of exercise science.
This training system is periodization, follows the SAID principle, and consists of progressive overload in the most efficient way possible.
