The Ultimate Readiness Program is utilized by both current and former Special Operations Forces (SOF) members, first responders, and busy professionals for increased functional strength, athleticism, work capacity, durability, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

The programming consists of a continuous cycle of the training phases below to ensure long-term progress, functionality, and maximum gains in physical capacity.
This program is a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) training plan designed to strengthen and condition the entire body in a balanced fashion with minimal equipment.
Tiered at three different ability levels in reference to the Baseline Physical Readiness Evaluation:
LEVEL 1 - Novice level readiness
LEVEL 2 - Athlete - Champion level readiness
LEVEL 3 - Warrior - Top Tier level readiness

Each training session is programmed for a training time of 30 minutes making the Ultimate Readiness Program one of the most efficient ways to increase physical fitness and improve optimal readiness.
FOUNDATION - 2 Weeks
Improve aerobic base fitness and muscular endurance
STRENGTH ENDURANCE - 2 Weeks
Increase aerobic capacity, functional strength, and hypertrophy
WORK CAPACITY - 2 Weeks
Improve functional strength, power, work capacity, and develop anaerobic fitness
HIGH-FREQUENCY TRAINING - 2 Weeks
Improve functional strength, power, athleticism, anaerobic fitness, and durability
