GPP Advanced 2 is Weeks 5-8 of a 3-phase bodyweight-focused General Physical Preparedness (GPP) training program designed to improve athleticism, functional strength endurance, and work capacity for advanced-level athletes.
This program is known as Foundation 2.0. and created for fitness enthusiasts who want to challenge themselves to develop their muscular endurance, and work capacity, and achieve the highest level of physical readiness possible using bodyweight movements. This program is a level up from Foundation 1.0

Intensity Level - Champion, Warrior, Top Tier
Prerequisites - Baseline Physical Readiness (BPR) Evaluation Score 18 Points and
