Warrior Challenge Level 2 - GOLD is a comprehensive physical readiness program designed to help advanced-level individuals adequately prepare for their desired special program/ selection pipeline.
This high-frequency training plan is an outstanding 12-week program with progressive resistance training workouts designed to increase relative and functional strength with minimal equipment in dramatic fashion.
This is a high-volume program designed to get those in outstanding shape prepared for the physical stresses of selection.
Length - 12 Weeks
Intensity Level - Advanced High-Frequency
Prerequisites - Those who meet the following criteria...
Swim - 500 Meters under 9:00
Pull-ups - 15
Push-ups - 80 reps in 2 minutes
Sit-ups - 80 reps in 2 minutes
Run - 1.5 Miles in 9:30 and accumulate 20 Miles per week
