OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAMS

These minimal equipment physical and mental conditioning programs are designed to improve mental toughness and resilience and increase functional strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic and anaerobic capacity for individuals of all athletic abilities. These training plans build upon one another and serve as a stair-step approach to elite-level physical and mental readiness.

Fitness Introduction Training (FIT) is a basic bodyweight conditioning program separated into three levels of training, each level is four weeks in length and builds upon the previous one for maximum effectiveness. 

 

FIT is designed for beginner-level individuals who lack the necessary strength and fitness required to begin the Foundation training series. The purpose of this preparation phase is to adequately lay a general foundation of strength for each of the major muscle groups of the body by utilizing the most basic but effective bodyweight exercises available. FIT is the perfect program for those who are currently unable to perform Pull-ups/Chin-ups, Push-ups, and Bar Dips without assistance.

Bodyweight-focused General Physical Preparedness (GPP) training program designed to improve athleticism, functional strength endurance, and work capacity for both intermediate and advanced-level athletes. Foundation 1.0 was created for individuals who would like to develop their muscular endurance and work capacity, and prioritize conditioning.

 

The overall training objective of Foundation 1.0 is to lay the necessary foundation for more advanced training in subsequent programs and series. The majority of the training sessions in this program are self-regulating and structured in a way that affords individuals at any ability level to be challenged.

Recommended Prerequisites: Baseline Physical Readiness (BPR) Evaluation Score 10 Points and 3 unassisted Pull-ups/ Chin-ups 

Ability Level: Novice, Athlete, Champion, Warrior, Top Tier

Bodyweight-focused GPP training program designed to increase functional strength, muscular endurance, stamina, and aerobic capacity for the advanced-level athlete. This program was specifically programmed for those who desire an impressive level of functional strength and fitness without the need for fancy machines or equipment, expensive gym memberships, or the time commitment required for complex movement patterns and hours spent training in the gym each day.

 

Foundation 2.0 is the perfect solution for those who are interested in taking their conditioning to the next level. This training plan provides a solid fitness base for military personnel and those involved in a profession whose life depends upon their physical capacity.

Foundation 2.0 has been tested and vetted by both active duty and former Special Operations Forces (SOF) operators with outstanding results in overall physical fitness.

This strength and conditioning performance program is designed to build an impressive level of functional strength and work capacity for the advanced-level athlete. Use this training program to level up your strength gains in a variety of elite-level bodyweight exercises including One Arm Chin-ups, One Arm Inverted Rows, loaded and unloaded Single Leg Squats, One Arm Push-ups, Handstand Push-ups, Isometric "L" Sit, and strict Hanging Leg Raises or loaded variations to each respective movement based upon preference. This is the ultimate minimalist strength and conditioning program!

Designed to prepare aspiring BUD/S, Marine RECON/RAIDER, Air Force PJ/CCT/TAC-P, and Army SF/Ranger candidates for the rigors of selection and training. This program includes, progressive Swim and Water Confidence Training, Loaded Ground Movement programming, effective Strength and Conditioning, and both Aerobic and Anaerobic Capacity development for the advanced-level athlete. This training plan is great for those interested in special operations or military-specific conditioning at the highest levels.

The Minimal Equipment Tactical (METAC) Fitness Program is a comprehensive approach to optimal readiness and performance for the SOF operator, military member, law enforcement/ SWAT officer, firefighters, and first responder communities.

 

This is the Optimal Readiness 6-Month Flagship physical training program designed to train functional strength, endurance, athleticism, and work capacity through unconventional conditioning methods utilizing both loaded and unloaded movements programmed at the intermediate and advanced ability levels.

 

The strength training sessions are programmed according to three separate tracks/programs, each is 8 weeks in length:

  • TACTICAL - Advanced level tactical athlete readiness

  • STAMINA - Advanced level bodyweight training and conditioning program for durability, the will to fight, and endurance 

  • FOUNDATION - Base-level physical readiness for tactical athletes

​

Tested and vetted by active-duty SOF in preparation for arduous work-up and deployment cycles. These training plans have been employed by numerous special operators across DOD to maintain a high level of physical readiness while deployed in austere environments.
