Warrior Challenge Level 1 - BLUE is a comprehensive physical readiness program designed to help intermediate-level individuals increase their Physical Screen Test (PST) scores to a competitive level for their desired special program.
This training plan is an outstanding 12-week program with progressive resistance training workouts designed to increase relative and functional strength dramatically with minimal equipment.
Length - 12 Weeks
Intensity Level - Intermediate - Advanced
Prerequisites - Those who meet the following criteria...
Swim - 500 Meters under 10:30
Pull-ups - 10
Push-ups - 60 reps in 2 minutes
Sit-ups - 60 reps in 2 minutes
Run - 1.5 Miles in 10:30 and accumulate 15 Miles per week
