Foundation 2.0 is a bodyweight-focused General Physical Preparedness (GPP) training program designed to improve athleticism, functional strength endurance, and work capacity for advanced-level athletes.


This training plan was created for individuals who want to challenge themselves to develop their muscular endurance and work capacity at a high level.


The objective of this training plan is to challenge advanced level athletes and fitness enthusiasts to achieve the highest level of physical readiness possible using bodyweight movements.

Length - 13 Weeks (12 Weeks Training + 1 Week Assessment)

Intensity Level - Champion, Warrior, Top Tier

Prerequisites - Baseline Physical Readiness (BPR) Evaluation Score 21 Points
