MINIMAL EQUIPMENT ITEMS LIST

Below are some ideas regarding a minimum equipment gear list if you decide to train at home. You should be able to get everything you need for under 500.00. However, you may need to shop around for the best deals if need be.

 

Minimal Equipment Home Gym

 

I recommended, at a bare minimum, that you have access to the following items below in order to effectively perform the training sessions for your prescribed Optimal Readiness training plan.

1C. Iron Gym Pull-up/ Chin-up Bar for cheap:

Go to Walmart or Target and purchase one for under 30.00

3. Gymnastics Rings – Relatively inexpensive wooden adjustable rings:

4. Medicine Ball/ Slam Ball – You can purchase these at any local sporting goods store including Walmart, Dicks, Target, etc.

5. AB Wheel – You can purchase these at any local sporting goods store including Walmart, Dicks, Target, etc.

6. Dumbbells – Purchase a pair between 25-50lbs depending upon strength and fitness level. You can purchase these at any local sporting goods store including Walmart, Dicks, Target, etc.

7. Stability Ball/ Swiss Ball – You can purchase these at any local sporting goods store including Walmart, Dicks, Target, etc.

8. A Positive Mindset, intestinal fortitude, and imagination are needed to make it happen regardless of the environment.
