SILVER is a strength and hypertrophy block.
TOP TIER is a minimal equipment tactical conditioning program consisting of structured four-week training blocks designed to enhance tactical performance efficiently for the elite-level individual or tactical athlete. This is a program for those who have a "black belt" in fitness.
These training blocks are geared explicitly towards military, special operations, law enforcement personnel, first responders, and advanced-level athletes who value performance and longevity.
These sessions are 30-40 minutes each (not including warm-up) and can be performed outside a fully equipped gym space.
Use this program with the "Aerobic Capacity" Program for best results!
Length - 4 Weeks (3-week build / 4th week taper)
Intensity Level - Warrior, Top Tier
Prerequisites - Those who meet the following criteria...
Pull-ups - 18 reps in one set
Push-ups - 50 chest to deck reps in 1 minute
Hanging Knee Raises @ knees to elbows - 10 reps in one set
Single Leg Box Squat @ 18-20" box - 10 reps each leg
