소개
APEX is a highly effective 8-week minimal equipment resistance training program designed to improve athleticism, functional strength, endurance, work capacity, stamina, and mental toughness through progressive loaded and unloaded strength training.
This comprehensive physical readiness program is designed for intermediate and advanced-level individuals who are strong in the pull-up, chin-up, and bar dip or have been training in these movements with solid progress, and consists of two 4-week phases.
PHASE 1 - Weeks 1-4
The goal is to increase transferable total-body strength and hypertrophy utilizing progressive overload. Readiness tests will be conducted in week 4.
PHASE 2 - Weeks 5-8
The emphasis in phase 2 is metabolic conditioning and strength endurance. Readiness tests will be conducted in week 8.
Utilize APEX in conjunction with the Aerobic Capacity program for the best results in physical readiness.
Length - 8 Weeks
Intensity Level - Athlete, Champion, and Warrior
Prerequisites - Those who meet the following criteria...
Pull-ups or Chin-ups - 5 reps in one set
Push-ups - 25 chest to deck reps in 1:00
V-ups - 15 reps in one set
Bodyweight Goblet Squats - 75 reps in 2:00
