COACHING EXPECTATIONS

Hello!

I am excited to work with you and help you level up your overall state of readiness, both physically and mentally. To ensure we are both on the same page, please review my expectations for this process and let me know if you have any questions. 

 

Coach C's Expectations:

 

  • I am readily available to answer any questions regarding your optimal performance training (physical and mental prep). I can help you with your schedule, answer questions regarding nutrition, ways to adjust your training to work around/ through nagging injuries, exercise regression/progression techniques, recovery, and mental preparation/mindset development. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I cannot help you if I do not know what you need. 

 

  • Please be open and honest with me throughout this training and coaching process. Check your ego at the door and come into this experience with an open mind and a desire to learn and improve. You will be challenged and forced to grow on many levels!

 

  • You can access your respective training plans through the WIX FIT App. I will check in with you each week via text message through the app as well. I may also ask some questions related to feedback and coaching (depending on the week). This is designed to be an interactive training and coaching experience. Failure to respond to my text messages and emails and a lack of participation in the coaching process will lead to your dismissal from the program at my discretion

 

  • A framework for high-performance mindset development is included through the 70-day Mental Conditioning Course and individual Coaching Calls/Sessions. The prescribed Socratic questions in the ‘Accountability’ section of each topic of the written material are meant to serve as a tool to provide you with quality mindset guidance and coaching. Please take advantage of it!

  • One-on-One Coaching Sessions. 30-minute one-on-one Zoom or phone calls are available to schedule as desired. These coaching sessions are an opportunity to discuss training, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization based on personal preference and goals.

The Optimal Readiness physical fitness training and coaching program is designed for high-level athletes as well as everyday professionals. The program focuses on physical performance training and also extends attention to quality mental performance training. This is physical conditioning for elite level strength and conditioning for professional athletes and military professionals. Whether you are in the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard or any other area of service, these fitness programs developed by a Navy SEAL will help you perform at your optimal personal best. Individuals who have worked with the Rangers, SEALs, or other SPECOPS teams have found these physical training programs to be challenging and instrumental in achieving their personal physical training goals. A number of Navy SEALs utilize these workout programs to build their physique and endurance. Emergency responders and civil servants face numerous challenges in the line of duty, so these fitness programs will support Firefighters, Police, Fire, Ambulance, Police officers, fire fighters, and more. These are physical fitness workouts that include both bodyweight exercises, pull ups, situps, pushups, squats, mountain climbers, as well as an extensive list of exercises that can modified to an individual’s personal needs. The program also includes exercise guides and coaching to ensure the safety of each athlete and/or military veteran. These programs will challenge even the strongest athlete, this is the ultimate workout and exercise site providing intense fitness workouts designed by Navy SEALs. If you feel intimidated by online training and workouts, you may also be eligible for personal coaching by a Navy SEAL or a designated fitness coach.
