Peak Performance is my flagship periodized 24-week strength and conditioning program available for purchase in PDF format. It is designed for both the intermediate and advanced-level individual or athlete and consists of six distinct, four-week training blocks or phases to ensure long-term progress, functionality, and maximum gains in physical capacity and durability. 

 

Phase 1 - Foundation

The emphasis is on muscular endurance and aerobic capacity training to build up your base and adequately prepare the mind and body for future training phases.

Think of this phase as preparation for your joints, connective tissue, and skeletal muscle prior to being introduced to heavier loads and increased stress on the Central Nervous System (CNS). Don't confuse phase 1 with "easy". 

 

The initial four weeks of training are far from it and designed to increase endurance and improve tissue remodeling through high volume, medium intensity methods.
