COACHING EXPECTATIONS

I am excited to work with you and help you level up your overall state of readiness, both physically and mentally. To ensure we are both on the same page, please review my expectations for this process and let me know if you have any questions.
Coach C's Expectations:

You are paying your monthly prescription to have me as your personal performance coach. Whether or not you are consistent in the process does not matter. You will be billed on the same day each month. You are paying for my coaching services until you no longer want me as your coach. This service includes a comprehensive training program, expert guidance and mentorship, and accountability through text messages and video or phone calls as desired (depending on your service package). You are NOT just paying for programming or a block of training. If it takes you eight weeks to get through a single 4-week block of training, that is okay as long as you still value my services.

I am readily available to answer any questions regarding your optimal performance training (physical and mental prep). I can help you with your schedule, answer questions regarding nutrition, ways to adjust your training to work around/ through nagging injuries, exercise regression/progression techniques, recovery, and mental preparation/mindset development. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I cannot help you if I do not know what you need.

Please be open and honest with me throughout this training and coaching process. Check your ego at the door and come into this experience with an open mind and a desire to learn and improve. You will be challenged and forced to grow on many levels!

You will access your respective training plans through the WIX FIT App or a personalized remote coaching program via an exclusive Google Doc (depending on your service package). I will check in with you each week via text message through the app. I may also ask some questions related to feedback and coaching depending on the week. This is designed to be an interactive training and coaching experience.

A framework for high-performance mindset development is included through my Mental Conditioning program available on the WIX FIT app. Each topic of the written material/ posts are meant to serve as a tool to provide you with quality mindset guidance and coaching. Please take advantage of it!

One-on-One Coaching Sessions. Additional 60-minute one-on-one Zoom or phone calls are available to schedule as desired. These coaching sessions are an opportunity to further discuss training, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization based on personal preference and goals are 100.OO USD per session.
