
TENACITY Program
About
TENACITY is a highly effective comprehensive physical readiness program designed for intermediate and advanced-level individuals who are interested in developing the physical attributes necessary for success in combat sports.
Tenacity is an 8-week program separated into two distinct phases.
PHASE 1 - Weeks 1-4
The goal is to increase transferable strength endurance through loaded calisthenics and movements designed to build an impressive foundation of relative strength and metabolic conditioning through progressive overload.
PHASE 2 - Weeks 5-8
The emphasis is work capacity development through density training. The goal is to develop your warrior spirit and will to fight through fatigue in preparation for the worst-case scenario in a fight gone bad.
Each training session is programmed at two distinct ability levels and intensities:
ATHLETE - Intermediate fitness level individuals and combat sports practitioners
WARRIOR - Advanced fitness level individuals and combat sports practitioners
Utilize TENACITY in conjunction with the Aerobic Capacity program for the best results in physical readiness.
Length - 8 Weeks
Intensity Level - Athlete, Champion, and Warrior
Prerequisites - Those who meet the following criteria...
Pull-ups or Chin-ups - 10 reps in one set
Bar Dips - 15 reps in one set
Hanging Knee Raises @ knees to elbows - 8 reps in one set
Single Leg Box Squat @ 18-20" box - 8 reps each leg
