About
The Minimalist Program is a series of total body workouts designed for the world traveler.
Each session is comprised of bodyweight exercises and movements that can be performed using resistance bands to effectively train the entire body in balanced fashion. This is to ensure that one can perform these sessions anywhere in the world without issues.
New sessions posted each month!
Each session is programmed at three distinct ability levels to accomodate a wide range of athletic intensities.
Novice - New to training
Athlete - Relatively strong and fit
Warrior - Advanced ability level
