A gym-based or at-home minimal equipment comprehensive training program for those who are interested in maintaining an active lifestyle and improving their physical and mental readiness in only 30 minutes a day.

This is the perfect program for the busy professional, stay at home mom or dad, those in the military or first responder communities and anyone in between navigating a busy season of life. ​ ​The MED training program is available through the website or the WIX FIT app.
