Hello everyone. This sounds very silly when I say it out loud, but sometimes when I’m doing a workout that takes me what I believe to be my limit, when I feel despair of failure and pain, and I think I can’t do one more, I start praying and I tell the lord I’ll just give my best and he needs to move this sack of bones and flesh to achieve if he wants it so, and it helps a lot. My body seemgly stops hurting so much and it keeps moving. It also helps when I’m fighting a house fire. I’m a firefighter. Praised be.
