Meditate on the following scripture from the book of 2nd Timothy...

2 Timothy 1: 7

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Memorize this verse of scripture and then recite it every time you find yourself anxious or fearful.

2 Timothy 2: 3-5

"Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please Him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully."

As soldiers for Christ Jesus, we are called to endure hardship and fight in the spirit according to God's truth. This is a non-negotiable.

2 Timothy 2: 22-23

"Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes."

As followers of Christ, lead by example to those around you within your sphere of influence. Don't waste your time on foolish questions and avoid getting mud sucked into arguments that go nowhere.
